The 2021 Smog Check manual is now in effect. Adopted with the Smog Check equipment security and fraud prevention regulations that went into effect on October 1, 2022, the updated manual provides inspection procedures and equipment requirements for the Smog Check Program.
Smog Check licensees can download the 2021 Smog Check Manual at www.bar.ca.gov.
