CONSUMER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BILLING DUE BY JULY 20, 2005

ATTENTION STATION OWNER:

The State of California's fiscal year period is from July 1 through June 30. Therefore, the Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) is asking stations to submit the billing paperwork for all CAP repairs completed between July 1, 2004 and June 30, 2005 by Wednesday, July 20, 2005.

Please do not combine multiple fiscal years on the same invoice. For example, if your station repairs a CAP vehicle on June 30, 2005 and another CAP vehicle on July 1, 2005, do not include both repair transactions on the same invoice. Invoices with repairs that occurred in different fiscal years or have discrepancies will be returned and the reimbursement delayed.
